The Day Claire Chose Herself

I spent months counting the days until my husband came home from sea. When Ryan finally stepped off the cruise ship, I was waiting at the terminal with our three-month-old twin daughters, Ava and Mia, dressed in matching little yellow duck hats. Then, one afternoon, I overheard him admitting that he had slept with several female passengers and that if he lost his job, our entire family would suffer. Fortunately, our doorbell camera had recorded every word.
